The journey to value realization

In early 2023, Method Garage began an ongoing, independent project to map the journey to operationalizing a value realization program within a B2B technology company. So far, more than 25 CCO/customer success leaders have been interviewed in depth for this study. Sure enough, a set of common stories, themes and challenges emerged. We call these “moments that matter,” and we are sharing them in the journey map below.
